Progress Dashboards and Reports

Scope: As we developed implementation processes, the next step in our planning maturity was to display and communicate about progress. 

On our website, I developed a series of public dashboards to show details about progress reports. The dashboards showed the objective and strategy information, along with most recent update comments. I worked extensively with the coding so progress updates would be entered in the platform and sync easily to the website.

I then worked in MailChimp to create an email report that would generate automatically for WSU leadership. This was my first experience coding in Mailchimp, and while it was frustrating, I was proud of the outcome.

When we first showed the president the new progress dashboards, he was absolutely floored. It was exciting when we were able to show these to the Board of Regents to find our work had far surpassed their expectations as well.
