Strategic Planning Support

Scope: In addition to leading system-level planning, I worked directly with colleges, campuses, and administrative units to support their own strategic planning efforts. This included facilitating planning sessions, guiding leaders through the planning process, and providing structured toolkits to help units align their goals with the WSU system plan.

One highlight was developing a series of strategic planning workbooks that became essential guides for units across the university. These resources provided a consistent model while allowing flexibility for each unit’s unique needs.
